You're not the first person to suggest this pattern, and it seems like things fit. I'm thinking Mileena is the next reveal, so it would still fit the pattern

mileena and shang leak fits it too so probably. who is missing then, liu kang, kintaro and khan right? i think kintaro bites it in the comic and liu khan get shown in a story trailer or their official ad spot.

*Remember, they haven't revealed Sonya, Johnny Cage, Liu and Shang Tsung yet. Although they may only become DLC and either Shang or Liu may be the boss.

*Mileena will most-likely be the next inclusion.
*If at least one character comes from MK3, I'd like Nightwolf.
*MK4-MKA:(any 4 or 5); Shinnok, Reiko, Tanya, Bo Rai Cho, Li Mei, Frost, Havik, Ashrah, Hotaru and Sareena.

I'm 100% sure Liu Kang and Johnny Cage will be in and playable, and maybe Sonya and Shang, so no.

See I don't know about Liu kang, johnny, Sonya and Shang honestly I hope not they have had their turn in the spot light and I really think it is time to move on from all of them and this game is the perfect time to do it. Johnny and Sonya should def be in story but not playable that would be a waste of spots. I think we will see; MK2; mileena and maybe Baraka, as for MK3 not sure I think Cyrax will be in and on the good side but not sure about everyone else most characters from 3 suck (Sheeva, Stryker, nightwolf and kabal) so I hope we don't see any of them I would love to see noob, smoke and ermac return but I think we will only see one anyone's guess who but hopefully noob he his am awesome character! As for beyond MK3 I don't really care for most of those characters but I would like to see reiko, Tanya and kenshi get another go and possibly fujin (hopefully to take over from raiden) as for the rest any would be good as I trust the game makers to do a good job and by the look so far all the characters released look pretty awesome!

Noob - smoke I disagree. Other newbies or more won't spoil the game. I think, many more trilogy people will. We need new characters to keep the game fresh. Weather or not boon WE or Neatherrrealm think so mk4-mka or all new are needed. So far aside from 4 new we have all returnees 13 characters so far. About half mk9 roster and not all new that was promiced. I would have liked character reveals to be new people to hype the game I love trilogy people but come on

Look I don't think the newbies will spoil the game and I understand the need for fresh faces but put too many in and you run the risk of ruining it I would ideally hope for about 4-5 returnees from each MK1, 2 and 3 (UMK3) and about 4-5 from the post MK trilogy games then 8-10 newbies and a guest character (rather no guest character but looks like we are getting at least one anyway) making about 16-20 returning characters and 8-10 newbies with a complete roster of 25-28 and make a few of those hidden unlock able spots. See I consider a lot of the MK4 - MKA characters new as we haven't seen them in ages and most of them never had any real stories to begin with so to me they are fresh faces

The reveal schedule makes sense.

I'm basicly just bored with current reveals cause alot of it is the, same from 9. I love Raiden and Reptile but when I saw the vid I wasn't 100% excited. But even so I'm gonna, love the game regardless. Can't wait to play all characters
