The Krypts have just been so lackluster with the last 3 MK games.

I want little pieces of lore to collect again. I want obscure videos. Just make it worth my time instead of something I can just by pass via beating the game with a character and unlocking their alt that way.

Well mkda was a 26x26 array. 676 koffins. Ps4 could quadruple that.

Your guess is as good as ours in terms of how it will be done if it returns, but I agree with what others said about having more cool stuff to unlock. Hopefully it will have awesome concept art, alts, plenty of fun and/or interesting videos and all of that stuff.

I would love for an interactable Krypt to unlock stuff like defeating mummies and zombies for undead costumes or special fatalities.

A Tomb with a morgue incorporated into it would be better.

I liked MKD krypt, I think that having koins of different colors was cool because the way you unlocked the krypt depended on them and searching the most costly tombs of each color of koinm MK9 one was a bit like... unlock everything linearly?

I also like them following an order, MK9 was beautiful with all the animations, but really chaotic.

Speaking of that, I remembered I had 369K coins and almost no unlocks in the kyrpt and I'm unlocking the full thing right now xD

I don't really care about the number but just the quality of the content was better in mk:da. The only things I liked in mk9 were the stage concepts and alternate costumes. There were no concepts of the characters before final design. I expect the mkx krypt or whatever it is to blow mk9 out of the water.
