The Doctor?

So this is partially due to a thread I was reading in MK 2011 forum which basically became a hate thread on Hsu Hao. Personally I'm ok with him but that is besides the point of this.
What I would like to see in a future MK game is the introduction of the Doctor that did Kano and Hsu Hao's implants, and on my personal speculation, may have had something to do with Jax's arms or the Lin Kuei cyber ninjas? Well I'm picturing this guy as a kind of Josef Mengele insane doctor (apologies for any controversy this may cause). But out of his mind, looking to do other people to turn into experiments. I'm not saying he should be a playable character, but definitely part of more stories or be more enhanced himself. Also in my head his name is "Alex Zane" as a homage to the Rebirth project which uses that name for Baraka.
I just wanted to get that off my mind and see if you all had any thoughts on the subject or more knowledge of it that I just couldn't find.

I'd like to see more "side story" characters like the one you mentioned. For example I would like to see who the master of Liu Kang was and stuff like that!

Liu kangs master was Bo rai cho I dont know the doctor of kano and hsu hao but lin kuei were not connected with the ''doctor'' they had sektor or built the stuff.

No, I understand there's nothing really linking this doctor to the Lin Kuei or Jax, but it seems to me like cybernetic graphing would be a special talent that not too many people would be good with. So I think it would be cool if it was just this one guy who headed all the projects. And I wouldn't want him to be associated with a single group, a story that makes him freelance would be significantly more versatile

Maybe they should make him a Nazi scientist. Because thats what all the cool kids do.

I have to admit now this threat has been made there is a huge part of me that wants to see him/her.

It would make a lot sense cause I dont know how a ninja group would come up with cybernetics.

Absolutely yes. The doctor would be another character who has always been there but never introduced so far. Something like what Quan Chi seems to be nowadays as well.
