If they were to return in MK11, I put out a bunch of detailed fatalities two each.

Daegon

Sword Swallower (updated): Daegon walks over to his opponent and grabs his/her head, pulling the lower jaw down, breaking it so the mouth stays open. He then blasts a stream of fire from his mouth and into the open maw of the opponent that burns the digestive cavity. After he's done, Daegon summons one of his Drakeswords and stabs it down the opponent's maw that's still wide open, leaving him/her to wander clumsily like a penguin while his/her head is stuck staring into the sky. The opponent then collapses dead with the fiery sword in his/her mouth.

New Fatality update: Every Knee Shall Bend: Daegon blasts two fireballs from both the palms of his hands. They both hit the opponent's feet and lower leg parts and destroy them, causing the screaming and bleeding opponent to fall down to his/her knees. Daegon then walks over and glares down to his opponent looking down to the ground. He then opens his right hand revealing a small fireball that grows quickly in seconds to a mass of flame and points to the opponent's head like a Dragonball Z villain. When the opponent looks up to the fiery palm, Daegon blasts a stream of fire from the palm, blowing up the opponent's head and upper torso execution style in a smoldering and gory mess. The camera is zoomed out to show the devastating power of the execution once Daegon blasts his fire ray. Finally, the opponent's lower torso and legs collapse to the ground.

Taven

Split Second: Taven jumps in the air and smashes the ground with the Ring of Hatred, sending a shockwave of fire and causing the opponent to fly into the sky. As the opponent ascends and falls head straight to the ground, Taven activates Time Stop, freezing the opponent in place offscreen. The camera goes back a humming Taven sharpening his Drakesword and then walks back casually to the opponent. He then puts the Drakesword horizontally below the opponent's head in place with zero gravity and walks back. Time Stop deactivated and the screaming opponent dives into the sword, cleaving him/her in half vertically from the head to the tailbone. Both half sides plop to the ground. The floating sword then flies back into Taven's hand and he wipes off the blood with a cloth, saying sarcastically to himself, "Well that was grizzly."

Edenia's Vengeance/Edenia Remembers- Taven enters into his Protector God form (covered in a yellow aura like a Super Saiyan with flames emitting from his eyes and his facial dragon tattoo glowing black) and levitates into the sky. He points his index finger below the opponent's feet and a stream of fire shoots out, hitting the ground which summons a pool of molten lava from the ground. It submerges both the opponent's feet and legs while he/she screams before the lava suddenly hardens into rock after the stream of finger fire stops. Taven then conjures up a dragon-shaped firestorm as Taven yells out a fire attack in Old Edenian, his old tongue and blasts the dragon stream after he's done yelling (reminiscent of Goku's Kamehameha). It slams into the opponent, annihilating his/her entire body into ashes screaming. Zoom out viewing the entire stage and the fire blast covers it in a nuclear explosion, wiping it out. After the dust settles, Taven is still levitating as Protector God with his arms crossed staring at the camera midst the rising firestorm.

It is a misconception that fatalities are these brutal ongoing gorefests. I think MKX suffers from that drawback just a bit, since it portrays them as a "How many creative ways can you kill someone" kinda thing. They're actually supposed to be more of a way to humiliate the opponent with a quick and "rub-in-your-face" sort of finish. Daegon's fatalities seem to drag on a bit, starting from where he was finished breathing the fire in his opponent's mouth.

Taven's, however, aren't half-bad. I particularly love how he utilizes his god powers. Also, that "Well, that was grizzly" line following the conclusion was a badass and awesome touch. It compliments his personality really well.

I like it.

Daegon then summons a wall of basalt from the ground and throws his other Drakesword into the opponent's stomach, pinning his/her body to the wall. Upon contact, the fire and burnt gore inside the stomach spills out from the wound, covering the blade in flames and blood as the opponent dies a slow horrible death.

Black Hole Sun: Daegon grabs his opponent's head and stabs both of his thumbs into the opponent's eye sockets, bleeding out; the opponent screams. His thumbs glow yellow like a molten cattle branding iron, heating up the brain and tissue of the opponent's head. As the heat increases causing the tissue to melt further, Daegon's hold on the opponent's head starts to tighten as both of his hands start to cave the skull further in; opponent screams more loudly. Finally, the heat comes to a combustible level followed by a yelling Daegon smashing the compressed skull to a pulp which explodes into a bloody geyser of gore and bone. The opponent's body then falls to the ground.

Yes I actually agree with you on Daegon on the fatalities. I was just trying to illustrate Daegon's murderous and unpredictable personality in those fatalities especially since he's in a great position of power as a demigod. Maybe I should have emphasized his godly side in my second fatality than the stab his thumbs in his eyesockets. Since demigods are capable of killing both god and mortal, what's the worst humiliation Daegon could do? I can have Daegon keep his first fatality, but end it with him stabbing his sword down the opponent's throat and leaving the opponent to wander helplessly with a fiery sword until he/she collapses. At least he demonstrates his fire mana and his signature weapon.

Thanks for your positive feedback on Taven's fatalities. Is there anything that needs to be improved?
