It Was Promised IN MK:DA and Promised In MKD, Facial, Boyd & Clothing Damage, Where Was It? Apart From A Few Cuts On Their Faces?

It Wasn't! Another Failed Promise From Ed!

But I feel, If They Do MK7 For Next-Gen They'd Be Able To Incorporate It.

Not Only Should The Fighthing Bruise And Graze The Fighters, But They Should Really Use Some Enviromental Facotrs With It Aswell. For Example, If A Level With Water It Should Drip From The Clothes And Image A Wet Patch, Same With A Muudy Enviroment, Get The Fighter Really Muddy.

They Should Be Able To Tear The Clothing To Limits, Like The Top Layer And Maybe A Few Tears In A Second Layer (Unlike Mileena Who Wears Just The One hehe)

And Let The Blood Stain Clothing, And The Characters Flesh. Let Fresh Cuts Bleed, And If Your Character Has Many Slashes From A Blade, Let Their Health Slowly Decrease.

But I Think For Gamplay-wise They Should Add A Damage Factor To The Characters. For Example If You Constanly Attack A Characters Leg, They Would Limp On It And Possibly Limit The Characters Move With That Leg, Affecting Its Power Or Losing Or Lose It Alltogether. Little Things Like That Could Really Deepen Gamplay. But There Could Be An Option To Disable It. But It Would Be Good To Watch Your Opponent Limp Over To You With Their Hand On Their Side Capped In Blood. Not Only Makes The Game Look Good But Could Possibly Be A New Gameplay Element.

I agree, especialy about the damage to certain points of the body if you keep on attacking that specific area.

Now, I like the idea of muddy / wet clothes if the conditions in the arena are like that, but I'd even like to see things like clothing being singed or smoking after being hit by a fireball. Or ice remaining on the outfit after Sub Zero's freeze, and as time passes that left over ice would melt, and drip off.

Detail is essential to earning some respect back from the fans, because many people feel MKD was not completed with 100% effort, or even if they did put it in lots of effort - it was utilized on the wrong things (konquest, puzzle, krypt etc.)

It would be crazy if when a fighter wins lets say Baraka and he has cuts on his hand that bleed lavishly when he wins the round he make as if to strike to the screen and he messes up the whole screen with his blood grin

Yeah thats my idea grin

I've said it before, and damn it, I'll say it again. Bring back Tobias. I think he could bring new aspects to the table.

It's not NOOB-SMOKE, it's Noob Saibot. wink

Because slight graphical changes in character attire is more important than gameplay, right?

I agree it'd be great to bring back Tobias, though.
