If Sub-Zero's ending is true then the story will open up a load of possible storylines. Maybe some new characters in the next game are champions of the elder gods? Maybe Smoke, or Noob Saibot will be hunting Sub-Zero? Who knows. If Sub-Zeros ending isn't cannon, then maybe Sub-Zero and Scorpion's clans will work together to hunt down Quan Chi. After all Scorpion is Sub-Zero's protector. Maybe the Lin Kuei and the Shirai Ryu will form an alliance? Just a thought, how about Frost hunting Sub-Zero.

There are a lot of things that they can do with Sub-Zero. Make him a god and go to war with the elder god. Go on the run again. Stay the master of the Lin Kuei. Maybe Quan Chi will do to Sub-Zero as he did to Scorpion and destroy his clan. Or they can take sub-Zero in a radical new direction. I'm interested to see what happens to him.

I really can't see Sub-Zero on the run from the elder gods. He's been there and done that when he was running from the Lin Kuei in MK3. Personally I would like to see Sub-Zero end some rivalries that have been dragging on for awhile now. Sub-Zero is an iconic character and his story should be handled with great care.

Those were great ideas. I also see maybe in the future, he might have like a struggle with his medalion..With all of the enemies who hunt him, sub-zero will probably defeat them all and his own medalion will get so powerful n it can maybe overwhelm him. Sub-zero would have an internal battle with the medalion's powers. Would be kinda interesting..

naw sub-zero wouldn't abuse his powers. if he was anything like that, it would've eluded to that in his mk ending when it gave him the god status. besides, think of how much power that medallion he has, has. frost was over-come by it, but not sub. sub-zero is a pretty traditional, sound at mind martial arts master, i could never see him going evil. i could however possibly see maybe noob somehow tricking him and taking the medallion for himself, and screwing up things. i dunno why but...for some reason this whole "noob-zero" thing can't spell anything good. it wouldn't make any sense what so ever story wise for it to. not even boon can make something that retarded up. i know boon screwed up badly with Mk:A but holy shizzit...he can't do it that bad.

A lot of characters got to be champions or thought they were champions like everyone's favorite old man.
