I'm confused. Why do you want a specific ten hit combo, is that like an achievement? And if so why would you be trying to reach it by uppercutting into an x-ray?? Who the fuck would suggest that? That would be crazy strict timing and the X-ray is like 3-4 hits, right?

If you just want an easy combo with lots of hits go into Sub's cryomancer varition. Now in the corner:

Jump in X, Back Y, Back Y, Forward B,Y, Grab. You can only do one Back Y if you want it to be even easier.

I checked three or four websites, and all swore by the xray method, which just didn't make any sense. And yes, there is an achievement for getting a ten hitter with every character.

Cryomancer - JIP (Jump in Punch), 2, 4, 2 (Triangle, Circle, Triangle on PS4), Run Cancel, 2, 2, EX Freeze, F4, 2, 1+3.

If the run cancel is a problem, do the combo in a corner. Plus, in the corner you can leave out the 2, 2 into EX Freeze part and you should still get a 10-hit combo, making it:

JIP, 2, 4, 2, F4, 2, 1+3

Another one, perhaps even easier (Cryomancer):

F1, 2, 2, (Forward Square, Triangle, Triangle on PS4) F4, 2, 1+3 (exactly 10 hits, no run cancels, can do mid screen or in corner)
