I know a lot of people were hoping Mileena became smarter and found out Reiko would betray her before killing him, but I'm now thinking that that's not the case. It seems like he'll manage to pull it off. :/
I'm a little salty tbh. Reiko isn't even in the game and yet somehow they brought him back to mess up Mileena's storyline. She seems pathetic so far but we'll see.
EDIT: Just to be clear, I mean the spoiler is her saying TOO, because it implies that someone else has betrayed her as well. Therefore she doesn't catch on to Reiko before he has a chance to mess her up.
Good observation but I don't understand why so many people expect Mileena to be so intelligent. Granted they could have retconned some aspects of MK9 but last we saw of Mileena she kind of had an infantile mind and now we're expected to believe she is a brilliant strategist? As much as I like Mileena being in the middle of a power struggle, I have to admit I am still having a hard time believing she ever had the ability to get to that position. Especially when you consider the survivors from MK9, like Goro, a Shokan prince who could have believably stepped into Shao Kahn's role but he instead pledged allegiance to Mileena? Really?
The point of all that was simply to point out that Mileena receiving assistance and not being up on the ulterior motives of her supporters is far more believable, to me at least, than her all of sudden being clever.
