Maybe if they reveal she's a transexual... it'll shake the storylines up a little.

Sonya should definitely be back regardless. Boon did say awhile back that we would see her again and I'm sure he meant she'd be playablke, not have a lame cameo role in some crappy side game. Sonya will be back, I know it! If she's not in MK7, I'll be angry.

I think Kamionero would agree with me telling you to read properly. Boon states she will return for another game, He never said what era the game would take place in. So as far as evidence is concerned. YOU ARE WRONG !!!! TAKE THAT!

You can find that video in the MK Deception Premium pack (PS2) or the Collectors Edition (XBox), its with all the other vids of characters profiles (and the MK1 arcade game), you select the character you want and a special video will show telling you some facts about them and the creators/team thoughts on them.

In the Sonya vid, Ed definitely says she will return, and like Tgrant says, for him to say that it means playable, not just a cameo in a storyline game.

I hope that they give Sonya (along side all the other classic originals) a new storyline, something different. Im sure they will involve her with the Black/Red Dragons, but hopefully add something new, something that will lead to a cool twist.

Yea but she wasn't a playable character. She was in deception but she wasn't a playable character in that either so she most likely will be in the next game.

Even though I think Sonya will be in MK7, I don't think it will be because of what Ed said on the video. In other words, that's not what he implied, but I still think she will make the roster..

Sonya is an original there are 7 characters that cant leave Sonya,Lui kang Kano ,Johny Cage, Raiden,Sub-Zero ,and Scorpion

10 actually, you forgot Shang Tsung, Goro and Reptile.

Yeah, the main originals that started the series should never leave, they are the true classics.

I counted them as bosses the bosses that cant leave are shang tsung, goro,and reptile (hes kinda a boss)
