They said that there'd be more than MK9 and less than Injustice. I'm guessing most characters will have at least three outfits.

Normally I like primary outfits to be an update of the classic attire, alternates to be something new or different, and the tertiary could be either of those or a klassic outfit in HD.

Emperor Kahn's Kobra hood for Reptile would be neat to see in the game.

I like most so far. I like seeing reptile's face in this game. Sub-Zero with a beard is good. I just don't like Ermacs alt.

Yep I figured that several characters would have multiple alts.Personally I'd like to see Sub-Zero get a partially cyber alt. I might be the only one though. Haha

I think the problem is the face for everyone,I don't like his face showing but I was ok with it if he had a fully masked version which doesn't seem to be the case,the rest could be amazing but the face still spoils it for me

From what we've seen I do like a lot of these alts. I actually like the bearded versions of both Sub Zero and Scorpion.

Nah I'm curious myself if we will see a partial look. I remember when we saw the "Who's Next" trailer, everyone thought he was partial cyborg because of how his eyes faded to black after being killed.

Couldn't agree more about sub zero and scorpion its a good change for Scorpion making him look like a regular maskless ninja for a change and updating sub zeros Mk 3/DA with a familiar but new feel to it,makes me wonder if subs variations are gonna add the mouthpiece shown in the comic which would be awesome

No as much as I didn't like Cyber Zero in the end I would still like to see a Cyborg costume. Especially if Sektor's chances are slim.

We haven't seen many but sub already has one of the best. Didn't like Hanzo in a ponytail. Why lose the hood? Umm. Reptiles alt (comic) looks better. Out of the kitana ones the primary is the best. You know she's also getting a jade skin so that's 4.

Doubt it would be a Jade reskinning. But I wouldn't be shocked if they gave Kitana a green alt.

I'm not sure how to feel about Sub's beard. It looks good on him, but also makes him look even less Asian to me.

I am assuming Kitana and Kung Lao will have Undead Revenant alternates?

And what if Sub-Zero's primary is his revenant costume in case they ignore cyborg Kuai?

Everyone deserves atleast three, and there is no excuse to not spread the love toward everyone this game to have three. Some of course will have a fourth, but three is fair.

Seeing revenant Kitana doesn't confirm that we will be able to wear it though. Could be just a special story mode CGI attire thingy.

So since this is speculation to begin with, why don't we pitch ideas for new costumes we'd like to see or draw up concepts for them or old ones we'd like to see in HD?

We have known this......they have been saying for awhile now that the kombat pack has 4 characters and 15-25 skins in it.

I agree that they probably should have kept the hood on human Scorpion. The ponytail reminds me of the human Sektor look a lot, like they could be twins or something lol. Don't get me wrong, I love it! Human Scorpion?? How cool is that!!

I also agree that Subby looks "less Asian" with the beard too. It's still awesome that he has one. He just kinda looks more like an American badass with white eyes. They nailed the outfit. Will definitely be my frequent choice of attire when I fight as him.

Sub-Zero was originally Half-Chinese before the reboot changed it and made them full Chinese. At least I'm pretty sure that thing about him having an American mother was canon.
