There is no reason for it to start again. It's not like Sub-Zero just has a reason to go piss Scorpion off. Most of this was resolved in MK4.

the sub-zero and scorpion feud has been over for a while (since mk4), and I hope to god they dont bring it back, because it would make no sense what so ever.
