I think the next Mortal Kombat should have all of the characters from The original Mortal Kombat and Mortal Kombat II playable.

Hmm, Boon himself stated that one classic character was killed off in MKD. Add that and Kanos death, and we have two chars who can't show up anyomre in MK. (the bet on the two is Baraka/Mileena).

It'd be nice to see all the classics, but some have died and as Chrome said, one is to die in MKD. However, this being MK, there's no reason to say it won't happen at some point as no one ever really dies and stays that way.

"Death" in MK means "vacation". Remember Kang, Cage, and Goro? Yeah.

I don't think it should. Half or near half of MK7 cast should be returning characters, and the other half should be new characters.

I think raiden should die and get some other badass god to protect Earthrealm, like a frigging deadly Ninja!

I think Sub-Zero should be killed by Noob-Smoke and have Noob Saibot regain his human form somehow and become the original Sub-Zero again. They should also make some of the old people return like Sektor, Rain, and Sareena is a must.

Personally I really like Noob Saibot and Classic Subby

Call me stupid if you will, but I have a sneaking suspicion that Raiden may be a boss..... I got the Idea from the Dark Raiden thing in MK:D.

2o Is it confirmed that Kano is dead??

I have been told that Rayden () will most likely fall, and also 2 others.

YES! The main classics should return, those are the originals from Mk1 and some from Mk2.

it was somewhere on this site among interwiews if I'm right. I may be wrong but I'm deadly sure about it. As I remember Ed said that one will be PERMANENTLY destroyed in MKD. My bets are on barajka and Mileena (probably Mileena, becouse she is the only one stated as destroyed). Don't count Sub-Zero there, if you are thinki8ng in actual characters aliases, not in real persons (becouse there are multiple Sub-Zero's).

I suggest we go on with this theory (and if it proves to be wrong, than it would be a great relief for all of us).
