Should scorpion become human again?

His model needs no adjusting, but he needs some different moves and story. His son, who i created named Spider, should be in it, and he could be your human scorpion (I designed him as old style Scorpion with no mask.)

I think seriously, that his son should take his place. Fighting for his clan, frost being his rival. It would be pretty cool giving him a better name than spider, call him wasp or hornet. Anything with a stinger.

Spider was just a space filler name. Perhaps
Venom
Arachnid
Sting
Anything to do with insects, I suppose.

I hope they will finally put Scorpion's story to rest. He should have his vengeance on Quan Chi and ascend to the heaven's with his family for serving the Elder Gods (regardless of what Konquest says).
However if Midway confirms the reestablishment of the Shirai Ryu human Scorpion should return. Not Hanzo, but a completely unrelated and living warrior. The finest the clan has to offer was given the code name of Scorpion in honor of the original (I'm thinking like MGS, bestows only the best of the title FOX). Perhaps this new ninja will be skilled in the art of Shuriyuken as a nod to the past.

If anything, Scorpion should become less human.
Deception's scrapped “monster” design went with Scorpion being ripped apart in the soulnado, tearing away his human side and making him more supernatural. Armageddon seemed to have backtracked Scorpion almost to how he was in the early games.
It’s always the safest bet to go with what works, but adding evolution to a character keeps the audience interested.

Nope, they un-retconned it.
When Midway posted pages for Scorpion and Sub-Zero on myspace they mention his vowing to protect Sub-Zero and that being the reason he fought against Shao Kahn in MK3.
Since it was Midway that made them, it would suggest that the vow is canon once again.

Yeah, I guess it would, but don't you think that maybe they simply summed up his stories in those previous games without thinking/realizing the contradictions/errors that his MK4 and MKDA stories made? I mean, if they did somewhat revert Scorpion back to his pre-retcon self, great. But I still feel a little skeptical even though those pages were done by Midway. I guess it really comes down to John Vogel himself.
