Hell no, the CAF in Armageddon sucked horribly. It was extremely limited with options on both appearance and special moves as well as weapon styles. They'd need to do some serious work on it before I'd want it back.

Like I said in a previous post, since these will be on Next-Gen consoles, they will probably have much more space for more options. At least I hope they put actual effort into this next game....

i think they should bring it back,im sure on next gen systems it will be alot better and i just think its fun....also it will kill controversy as to which characters are in the game...if your fav isnt there...create him or her...i also understand what everyone else is saying about the rest of the game but if they dont bring it back they should atleast let you customize the other characters....creating things and customization of characters,arenas,weapons,taunts,fatalities,ect. in any game is fun and it adds to the game experience...one thing i think should be done is to give players the option to edit or create special moves or even finishers...an example of my thought...{kinda like in one of the wwe wrestling games you were able to make taunts or like tony hawks games where you can create tricks except options for color changing would be added for fireballs and glow effects and a type of angle control to have projectiles or fireballs go in more than one direction}
that kinda system would be extreme and easy to use for any move creations....imagine being able to replace the looks and actions of moves....like making your character use kanos eye ray with a color change to ice blue and make it freeze or combine moves to make one..for instance an uppercut than scorpions spear aimed upward with added effects like shadow trails and sound effects like get over here!
that would be crazy

If Midway truly plans to kill off a bunch of characters for the next MK and KEEP them dead, they'll need the KaK to keep those characters fans at bay.

It never fails; you kill a character from a fighting game and fan outcry starts pouring. Having the ability to make popular dead characters in KaK is a good compromise, and aviods those silly rectons.

Including a few outfit parts and specials in the KaK of popular dead characters would only take 1/10 the development time of fleshing them fully out would, so it wouldn't be taking development time from the real characters the way guest fighters like SC & DOA have been doing would.

Next time they need to scape their special move picking system for an unforgiving point system. So when a player picks the TS Drop for their KaK they have to pick garbage for the rest of their specials, since cheese like the TS Drop would take just above 50% of your special move points in my kak system.

I hope they do put KAK in again and change some of the flaws in the KAK system like make better combos and have more choices in what weapons you can choose

No way should KAK return. It was cool in Armageddon, but eventually it gets boring and then turns useless. Plus, we don't need KAKs ruining the storyline, do we.

It's most likely gonna be back. Love it or hate it. That's just the direction fighting games are going.

I'm going to say keep the KAK, but add stuff. I wanted to have my character know two martial arts styles, use a couple of projectile moves instead of a taunt, and a bunch of other stuff. It was missing weapon styles, like Bo' Rai Cho's Jojutsu, Cyrax's Pulseblades, Baraka's Blades and Kitana's Steel Fans (Tessen), had a few martial arts styles missing (Drunken Fist and Capeoria, example), and there was no possibility of using two weapons (Butterfly Knives, Sais, Broadswords, et cetera). And maybe they could've done better with more variety of weapons and not just take 'em from Asia. What about maces and glaives or something?

And maybe more outfits. My characters always ended up looking like ninjas.

Honestly i do not wish to see kak return. The reason is because it is what ruined MKA in the first place. I go on the server to fight some good ranked people and sure enough they use a kak. I ask them to use a regular char and they act like there isnt 64 characters to choose from. Whats sad is 90% of the MKA population is all kak and the other 10% actually learned the game for what it is and those are the people in which i play.

If kak was never put in MKA. The game would still be fun to play cause everyone would be alot better. wink

If it does they should make it with better things to choose from some of the things there were unnecessary.
