Should Hornbuckle, Belokk, and other secret characters be in MK10?

Hornbuckle BIG YES dont really care about the other characters you listed would also like to see chameleon. tremor is ok i guess

Aqua-We have Rain i.e this. character is redundant, a rumor, lame, and unneeded. Not to mention, isn't it a Cyborg too? That doubles the redundancy.

Red Robin- Who again? Sounds like one of the many horrid fan rumor characters or Batman's side kick, either way, name is dumb and if I remember correctly, as is the character

Belokk-also random uneeded character.

There are 60+ characters in the series, most don't have good development and I see it as highly wasteful to keep making new characters, rumor or not that are mostly redundant and pointless.

Only character that's ehh w/e on is Tremor, but I still do not care if he shows up or not.
