Should Earth be invaded again at any point in the story?

Or should the story be set entirely in Outworld?

I'm hoping some of the action ends up taking place on Earth, and that the story isn't entirely about villains trying to take over Outworld. But even if it's the latter, I think we should get at least a few glimpses of the invasion's aftermath, how humanity is coping with it. We should get a few scenes that deal with it, such as one where a bunch of idiots are accusing Johnny Cage of pretending he was involved in the fight against the invaders, and that he's tastelessly profiting from a "real-life" tragedy in the name of publicity.

Since most of the arenas so far has been about Outworld, I say yea. I'm curious to know what the rest of Outworld looks like beyond Shao Kahn's fortress and arena. Maybe we can have an invasion near the end, but I think the main focus should be on "The War of the Emperors" (a term I coined for the power vacuum and conflict that follows after Shao Kahn's death)

Yeah I think it should be invaded again, idk if it will happen in this game or not though. I wouldn't mind seeing a temporary success too.

I would like to see how Earthrealm is dealing with what happened in the last invasion though, and im sure they will show or tell us at some point in MKX.

To be fair i can totally see Johnny Cage trying to get some publicity fame from the media portraying himself as one of the brave, courageous, and incredibly handsome warriors defending earth from the godlike tyrant known as Shao Kahn.glasses Anyways back to your topic i say yes. I would love to see the aftermath of the somewhat failed invasion of earthrealm by Outworld that would be pretty rad.

It makes sense that it will be, but I just hope most of the action we see through the characters is either in the Netherrealm or Outworld. Earthrealm has never been particularly interesting when stages are concerned and we already saw an invasion in MK9; let's see how Outworld suffers.

There's no reason for characters from Earth to fight if the plot only involves Outworld.

Maybe Earth isn't invaded, but it does need to be in danger, like it was in DA and Deception which both took place entirely in Outworld (except for Shujinko's Konquest, of course)

based on what we have seen so far (stages) it looks to be in outworld only, but theres plenty of time and stages left to be seen, id rather earth not be invaded in this game
