Shinnok already unlocked?

Yesterday it said I had to complete story to unlock Shinnok, but this morning I had him unlocked. Anyone else this happen to? Also if any of you have tried kung lao, he has 2 combos that do not work.

Dang, was hoping he'd stay locked until I beat story, so it could feel accomplishing.

Not for me, his slot is still blurred and says to complete the story to unlock him, but I also have not finished downloading the day 1 update, I put it on hold so I could play a little bit :)

I will probably end up doing story tomorrow, today is about practice (Already got a nice combo with Ninjustu Scorpion on lock) and some local 1v1s with the homies :D

Did you install the Samurai pack, by chance?

I know that he wasn't originally selectable until I installed it. Others are reporting the same thing.

Yeah I did install the Samurai pack, I thought it was just the 3 skins tho. Didn't know it would unlock Shinnok, sucks.
