B: To answer your question, Midway has never said anythng about there being a secret chracter in MK8.

Truth be told, we have more or less no information about MK8. However, I do hope that there are a few characters that have to be unlocked through circumstances other than Konquest and the Krypt. Just a big ol' secret character hidden in a background somewhere.

I hope all the secret characters are classic characters you cant even see on MK:8's select screen. That way the "newness" factor is protected, while fans can still play as a classic fighter.
With all the hype around this forum, Im guessing Scorpion and Sub Zero should be made as secret fighters while everyone else is new. Then in MK:9 in the far future, things should be mixed up again if we dont like MK:8 fighters.
