I'm having a rough time sifting through all the spoilers that i don't necessarily want to find the one thing I do.

What is Scorpion's role if any in storymode? Please tell me he doesn't FINALLY have character development in the comic just to go back to serving Quan Chi???

I saw a bit of his chapter and he's going on a fucking rampage trying to kill Quan Chi.

A flashback during his chapter reveals

Spoilers: (Highlight to reveal)
That Kuai Liang invites him to the Lin Kuei temple and shows him proof that Quan Chi was responsible for his clan and family's death, and they now seem to be moving past the feud between their clans

Thanks to all who have replied. Hmmm.. so its the invert from the leaks Sub-Zero trying to make peace with Hanzo more or less. I like it. Scorpion's intros had me really really concerned that he went back to being Quan Chi's tool.
