back in the day there was sub zero mythologies for n64. with todays technology the mk team could easily use the exact gameplay but wth realistic grachics to explain more about scorpion. maybe tell how scorpion changing for the good in mk8 and future installments. who might he fight in future storylines and etc. it would be an beat em up genre but have the mature rating on the cover of the box.
