As a playable character I think realistically low chance.

I want her in the game though. Only one of two characters I want in the game. I hope her appearence in MK9 is not a one off. If not in the game then I hope she will be DLC. I will have to join Twitter and maybe pester Ed Boon enough.

Slim to none, unfortunately. Maybe a cameo in story mode.

It's possible Sareena might have a shot. She has a fanbase and there are enough connections (Netherrealm War, Quan Chi, Sub Zero, etc.) that it's certainly possible she could be in to some degree.

I'd like to see Sareena. If the story is going into the Netherrealm and Brotherhood of Shadow and all that, I don't see why not. She'd be a new character to a lot of people while also being a returning face to the diehards.

Tanya or Li Mei have better chances than Sareena and I am happy with that. I thought MKX was moving away from minor Netherrealm demons like Moloch or Sareena.

I'm not a big Sareena fan but I wouldn't mind seeing her. I doubt she will be in the game. She could make a cameo in story.

With the thought of The Brotherhood of Shadow being a faction and if Sub-Zero (the one in game-play) is Bi-Han, I'd say she has a high chance.

I want Li Mei and Tanya firdt, but id love to see Sareena playable. The brother hood of shadow needs members plus she has a lot of story potential.

She's not part of the Trilogy Cool Kids Club, so no chance.

I feel her chances are a hell of a lot higher than most 3D era characters' and also Shinnok's, but that's not saying much.

I would still want to see Tanya before her, but as one of the fans of Sareena(I loved her speed and specials), I would love to see her return. I also think, it will be a great idea, if Kia and jataaka, her 2 sisters, can also debut as a new kharacters. I may be the minority to think that I know.

I would say her chances are as good as they have always been. As in not very, Unless this is another all out brawl game like Trilogy and Armageddon.

I wouldn't be against her showing up but it seems as though she is even lower than Rain on NRS's back burner list.

Considering the Netherrrealm War and The Brotherhood of Shadow faction, her chances are high.
