most people are getting tired of ninjas so why not have a samurai type of character. his look could be similar to mitsarugi in sc2, don't know how to spell name. but it could be darkish red almost black.

he'd have arm guards and lots of spikes on his armor.
weapons uses= smoke bombs, katana, ninja stars.

name lei
height 5ft 10 inch
alliance neutral
foes sub zero and scorpion

bio
at the age of 7 i practiced to become a samurai. it took 15 long years of intense training in the arts of a samurai. but when i returned to the temple my master would not except me in because he saw anger and hate in my eyes.

now depressed i took out my katana and slayed my master. vengeance is the only way of a samurai my purpose is to be a hitman for hire. i will start a clan known as bloodletting clan and we shall kill the lin kuai, the black dragon and any other clan that stands in my way.

tell me what you think.

i believe kenshi, although not a samurai, is the only "swordsman" we need.

it is a good idea, but in my opinion, not fit for the mortalkombat world. it is possable. I am sure they could figure out a way to whip in a samurai.

a samurai is nothing without his sword, so that really limits moves and possabily for variety.

now that i think about it, it could be pulled off. but i dont want a mitserugi rip-off.

i guess we will see.

As long as the Samurai don't look like Dairou (concept) or the Silver Samurai or Haohmaru (Samurai Shodown), I be cool visually.

His story. . .Maybe a delusional vigilante. What about a bounty hunter?
