I was never a really big fan of Liu Kang. He was too clean cut and always booked to win most every tournament. However, I saw the new revenant version on the new trailer and I think it instantly makes Liu more of a badass. He kind of reminds me now of the character Onikage from the Tenchu series. He resembles him. Also Onikage wore blades on his shins and was known for his wicked spinning roundhouse kicks, speed, and super aggressive style. This new Liu Kang combines his awesome moveset with a dark new look that I really think fans will get behind. Thoughts?
