So i played the game (physical disk) with no problems at all...the thing is that earlier today i was in the middle of a fight in story mode, and the game suddenly stopped because it needed to install an actualization (i remember it being 2 GB) so i said ok and it closed the game and started installing...i did other things on the XBONE and when i tried to play again the story mode, the faction and online stuff were blocked, i am not able to log in to my WB account and my revenant Sub-zero as well as future Raiden skins were gone.

This was not the DLC patch, i'm sure because it appeared by itself and the patch you can download whenever you want to no?? (i also am still not able to download the patch yet..it hasn't appeared anywhere in my game)

Anybody has this problem too, is it the same problem that the one on digital ps4 versions??

What should i do now??
