Definitely Kano's Cutthroat Variation. I love everything I've seen from that variation. Also the green on Kano looks so great.

A close second would be Quan Chi's Summoner Variation.

D'Vorah- Venomous/Brood Mother variations

Kano and that awesome looking commando variation. Always a sucker for a grappler.

After that, I'd say I'm curious about Cassie and Quan Chi.

Lackey, Sun God, Brawler, Hellfire, Unbreakable, Warlock, Thunder God, Cybernetic, & Venomous.

I'm looking forward to playing as Raiden (Displacer, Thunder God) and Kotal Kahn (Sun God).

The other characters and variations which have caught my interest are Quan Chi (Warlock), Kano (Cybernetic), Cassie (no variation in particular) and D'Vorah (no variation in particular). Scorpion and Sub-Zero are barely on my gameplay radar, and I haven't warmed up to Ferra/Torr's moveset yet. I need to see Goro in action to decide about him in terms of gameplay.

Quan Chi - Warlock

Sub-Zero - Cryomancer

Raiden - Displacer

Then Scorpion's Ninjutsu, but ultimately Quan Chi has got me the most interested.

Quan Chi's portal variation looks really cool so that. Also Kotal Kahn's Sun God variation, I love grapplers and that looks way more practical then Kano's parry happy commando variation (from what I've seen so far). Also, everything Raiden and Sub Zero, especially Sub Zero's rush down variation that I forget the name of (the one with ice shield and ice armor). Scorpion too because he's badass. Shit I really just wanna play this game period ha, everything looks fun.

Goro. He'll be balanced now that he's officially playable.

D'Vorah, hands down.

Kotal is a close second, though.

I can't wait to try out commando and cybernetic Kano.

Sub-zeros unbreakable looks good too.

D'Vorah and Quan Chi.

I really wanna try Ferra/Torr too because they seem a bit ignored atm and I tend to go for characters that go unnoticed (Sindel, Sheeva, Baraka in MK9).

Hollywood Cassie for sure.

With Thunder God Raiden and Ninjitsu Scorpion at 2nd and 3rd.

I'd say Kotal Kahn

Raiden has the most interesting variations. Also close is Quan Chi. On the third place i would pick a grabbler - maybe Kotal Kahn or Ferra/Torr.

Sub-Zero and then Ferra Torr/any other character I find really freaking awesome.

Having said that, I am looking most forward to Goro's variations and gameplay

Kotal Kahn looks the most interesting to play so far in my eyes.

Pretty much everybody except for Kano and D'vorah , nothing against them they just don't interest me much when it comes to gameplay, I am interested in D'vorah's story though.

Of course the first one would be Sub-Zero, probably Cryomancer which keeps looking better and better, now with the air falling hammer attack. I want to try all of his styles to decide which one I like the most but Cryomancer is the one I find the most interesting.

After that, Quan Chi looks really fun to play as too. Most characters look interesting so sooner or later I will probably try them all.

Fucking Quan Chi. He's gonna be a beast.

Kotal Kahn for sure, he's the most interesting by far IMO.
Scorpion is a close 2nd, only reason he isn't my 1st choice is because I'm assuming he'll probably play a lot like he did in MK9.
