Does anyone know the Krypt locations for the last 2 Mileena brutalities I need would be?

I have 1, 2, and 5. I just need 3 & 4 (the sai one and hopefully the X-Ray one?)

Also, am I crazy or can the Klassic Mileena skin not be unlocked yet? I know it's mobile but it says you have to beat a tower? And I don't see that so called tower.
