posted04/12/2015 03:31 AM (UTC)byCages_Shadesok so i plan on preordering tonight from Gamestop, and up until now i was gunna get the limited edition for $99
but then i thought about it, the normal game is $60 and the kombat pack is $30, which equals $90
What bonus do u get besides the different cover art in the limited edition? is that the only thing that makes it $10 more or am i missing something?
They both get Goro and both get cold war scorpion skin(right?)
i just can't fathom a different cover being $10, or is the cold war scorpion only in the limited edition?(which is super ugly so o well)

Personally i had the Limited Edition pre ordered at gamestop and then thought about the price and what I was actually getting. A few weeks ago i cancelled my pre order and just purchased the digital edition on PSN for $80. It comes with the kombat pack and it saves the hassle to wait in line at midnight for the game because it just preloads before the actual release with digital.
My personal advice would be for you to just get the Premium Edition on PSN. It's cheaper and saves gas and time lol

thank you for responding, but i still prefer to own the physical copy, just feels better personally . .. plus i havent bought my ps4 yet XD(doing that monday)
plus i actually like waiting in line, usually theres a tourney, and the 30 cents in gas isnt a big deal :p
just wondering if it's really $10 just for a different cover(and possibly cold war skin) seems way over priced, the cover is way better though, but still its just a cover

Dude, I'm getting my ps4 Monday too. LoL. I've had it on Layaway for a few months now. I didn't care about any other game, just as long as I had it for MKX!

You also get 15 skins, and if we assume each one is 1$ you would actually be saving a tiny bit of money lol but that's assuming you plan on buying every single skin and DLC character anyway.
