No Living Towers and Faction Servers Unavailable?

These past couple days all of a sudden it says there are no living towers and faction servers don't work. They were working fine when the game first released but now don't. Anyone else experience this or have a fix?

I'm still seeing an hourly tower, but yeah that's it. I guess in order to fix things, they need to bring them down. It's on and off though, as far as I can tell.
