I think bad means bad, not mind controlled good. We're going to see a real baddie in the next reveal IMO.

He can have his V1 be respirator based, so different projectiles, probably a variation that is a good zoner

His second variation can be hooksword based

and I am still brainstorming for the 3rd one, probably something involving his speed, they could take some notes from Injustice's Flash if they can't come up with anything.

Anyways, I think if it'll be a returning "bad guy" female, I sure hope it'll be...Sindel (resurrected or undead), Mileena or Tanya.
If male, Shinnok or Quan Chi (both are shoe-ins), or Baraka. Other ones include, Havik or Reiko.

I think it might be Quan Chi, but there's a high chance of Shinnok or Tanya, too.

Ermac is still also evil, so I hope he gets in this time if Quan Chi does not.

I would guess the next revealed character would be a ninja (either Reptile or Ermac) since Ed has been retweeting all fans requests and fan art about them recently. He also hinted at someone who gave up on the thought of not having any more ninja characters besides Scorpion and Subzero. Ed replied not to give up hope with a winky eye ;)

Either of those two would make me extremely satisfied. If Ermac will look like Bernard Beneteau's concept design, I will flip.

If this whole "such and such is an ICON, he/she must be in every game" mentality then the franchise will shrivel up and rot away. If I see another reveal of another OLD FART then I WILL NOT BUY MKX!!! PERIOD. Raiden, Scorpion, Sub Zero should be more than enough, the rest of the roster needs to be new this time. It's really, really, really, really starting to piss me off, coming here, going on twitter or anything else MK related and hearing fat, retarded virginal fanboys hoping and dreaming and wishing that their DEAD favorite from MK9 will make it into MKX...which was SUPPOSEDLY the game to usher in a NEW ERA for the series. The whole "reurning fan favorite" BS just tells me that Boon & Co. is lacking in creativity and just stinks to low hell of Greed and Cash-In Syndrome. Sorry for being so blunt, but I came into the series back when Deception was released, back when the MK team was not afraid of whiny fanboys and was willing to blaze new trails. I was horribly let down and alienated by MK9, I honestly HATE the Trilogy era and everything it stands for and there they went, right back to it, doing the exact opposite of what they promised us after Armageddon. I happily sat the last game out and I'll do it again if need be. Deception is still my favorite game from the entire series and in actuality is one the best selling MK titles with over 4 million sold, only 6 kombatants in that entire game were from previous games. That should tell NRS something right there.

My guess is Quan Chi or Shinnok. After the big reveal at E3 with the four new characters (Subby and Scorp too), it looks like NRS is getting the more obvious returnees out of the way with Raiden and Kano. Quan and Shinnok fit the bill of "bad guy" and are obviously going to be in MKX, so with the recent trend I believe it will be one of those two.
