Anything that's a more traditional or cheesy kung-fu movie esque outfit for the characters it would fit. Or something for characters that draws from pop culture, like how the Cyborg Ninjas were partially inspired by Predator. Frankenstein Goro sounds fun though, would it be his arms stitched back on?

My thought was having Kintaro/Sheeva arms stitched on. Maybe patches of Saurian scales, motaro horns instead of screws, etc.

I'd like to see some new Ferra/Torr ones honestly. Only giving them two was a low blow tbh.

Here are my ideas for a Horror Pack 2

Kenshi - Phantom
Head: Black hooded cloak surrounding a solid white eyeless mask.
Upper Body: Slim black tunic leaving no exposed skin. The cloak covering his shoulders and arm is shredded at the ends and levitates behind him. Dark black elbow length gloves.
Lower Body: Black ninja garb. Black shin high soldier boots.
Other: Sword becomes somewhat translucent.

Goro - Frankenstein
Head: Instead of bolts, Motaro horns protrude from his skull. Half of his mouth is noticeably Tarkatan.
Upper Body: Instead of his own arms, Kintaro/Sheeva arms are stitched on. He had patches of saurian scales that blend into his skin. Dangling around his neck is a broken chain collar.

Kano - Zombie Kingpin
Head: Rotted flesh surrounds his laser eye. He is bald but his goatee is graying.
Upper Body: Blood stained and worn special forces vest with the symbol crossed out on the back. Bite marks and other wounds along his arms and exposed skin. Barbed wire is wrapped around his right bicep. Bandages cover his left hand/wrist.
Lower Body: Worn brown pants with iron knee guards strapped in place with barbed wire.
Other: Slightly thinner build, looks sickly. Knifes become noticeably rusty.

For new skins - what about some trainee outfits for the characters? Like matching Special Forces outfits for Jax and Sonya when they first joined, Scorpion and Sub-Zero wearing generic clan outfits, Liu and Kung Lao with more traditional shaolin uniforms, etc.

New takes on characters like -

I liked Bi-Han's outfit in MK9 much more. If it didn't have the random belts for no reason it would've been perfect.
