I've been using Imgur for a few months now, actually. I just registered to MKOnline a few minutes ago, though, and the reply page didn't have a lot of details, thus explaining why I couldn't figure out what the code was to have the image displayed.

Ed Boon essentially confirmed Drahmin didn't make the cut. A lot of other choices seem sound, though.

Replace Liu & Kano with Tanya & Havik and that wouldn't be too bad.

I think he said Drahmin was unlikely, which means he might probably get in, but maybe not.

Didn't he also confirm that there would be more new characters than old ones?

Not really, he just said there would be more new characters introduced in this game than there were in previous games. If you count MK3, the most they introduced is 9 so expect at least 10. I think 10 might be a really good number for new characters I think.

He only confirmed that there would be 'tons of new characters,' not really stating what constituted 'tons'.

However, during the interview with lead designer John Edwards, Edwards stated that there will be a lot of older characters returning. With this, I think it is likely that the roster will be split in half, twelve old and twelve new.

I guess I can take that. Unfortunately, we've only ten more characters to fill the slots.

I think for Mk4-MKA characters we need to just look at who appeared in endings or otherwise in MK9.

I think both Sareena and Fujin had rumors of being in MK9 so those two. Plus Fujin in Kratos ending

Tanya in the background of Kahn's arena. Kira as well

Daegon and Frost in the pit background.

Bo Rai Cho in Shang's ending.

Havik in Noob Saibot's ending.

Anyone else?

i honsetly think the roster will be 37 with 3 dlc to equal to 40 the reason why i said that it because i found this Boon says Mortal Kombat X will have a roster at least as big as the last Mortal Kombat however i could be wrong about it
