Instead of my previous idea of giving you in depth story anaylsis and levels. I'm just going to give you the basics. There are 5 stories with varying levels in them and you rotate between two characters. Liu Kang and Kung Lao Scorpion and Sub-Zero Kitana and Mileena Johnny Cage and Jax Reptile and Baraka Characters will interact and you'll fight the characters although who you fight depends on who you are (ex. If in LK and KL story, you as Kung Lao fight Baraka then in Reptile and Baraka story, you play as Baraka and fight Kung Lao) Liu Kang and Kung Lao's story involves the Shaolin Temples being attacked and Liu Kang having to deal with his new responsibilities as MK Champion as well as meeting Kitana while Kung Lao wants to honor his ancestor the original Kung Lao and is only fighting because he has to. Scorpion and Sub-Zero's story is the whole Scorpion finds out Sub-Zero is a different guy (not the one who killed him) and vows to protect him) Kitana and Mileena. Well Kitana meets Liu Kang and Mileena becomes suspicious of her. You get the idea. Kitana also works as an agent on the inside. Johnny Cage and Jax: They're about saving Sonya. Reptile and Baraka: It's hear you learn more about Sindel's resurrection.
