Hmm. I don't know. Your concept is okay, but it's hit and miss with me. I feel that there isn't enough depth to your story. I take it this is after Armageddon. You didn't explain what happened in Armageddon, which would be the best start to a future MK game concept.

Why do you call it Shang Tsung's Red Island? I never heard it called his Red Island (just curious). Anyway, I think it would be better if you just called it Shang Tsung's Island. Also, I noticed you are retelling MK1, MK2, and MK3 in a brief summation in your storyline. Why? Unless you are using that for support, but that doesn't seem relevant to your storyline. Why is Raiden dead? I think you need to explain what happened to him specifically. Besides, I don't thing he should be dead. What is the disorder between the Elder Gods? Overall, your storyline is somewhat confusing and it needs more explanation.

It's not a terrible roster, but I think this wouldn't fly for any MK fan. Where are characters like Ermac, Frost, and Li Mei? Characters that had potential. Where is Havik, Dairou, and Hotaru? I think you are missing some important characters for the future of MK. Plus, you only have one new character.

An average concept at best. And the name Ruby seems like a rip off from Jade, no offense. Wow, she is 6'7 and weighs 156 pounds. I don't know, she is almost as tall as Shao Kahn which would be weird for an Edenian woman. I would make her a simlar size to Kitana or Mileena. Also, for the name, you could have named her Scarlet since Skarlett was a glitch character that appears when the sprites for Kitana and Mileena in MK2 appear red in color. Overall, it just seems too bland for me.
Well, that's my take on this. I hope you don't take to much offense to my criticism.
