I've seen/read all of the other concept threads and decided to make one that's more reasonable. I read through Chrome's ideas, too, and liked a few but disliked the designs. Anyhow, this is the story line, or how it should go, leaving off right after Deception...

Onaga speaking:
"I fell back when his fist hit me; he had tremendous power, and the warriors surrounding us were only contributing to it. I knew that the being, the same one in which I had tricked into getting me the artifacts, would be my downfall. For however long I had reigned with my undefeatable army, a power I had given, would be the same that destroyed me. That is, until I made my move. Shujinko was backing me into a corner, and I had no other choice. In my last resort, and weakened state, I opened a portal which tore open the very rifts of time and escaped through it. However, Shujinko had followed me, but I managed to find my way back to the nexus, with a new scapegoat."

Story: Onaga was being beaten, so in a rage, he tore open a portal to rip through time and space and found his way back, bringing some warriors with him. Shujinko, however has become lost in the rift, and has been told by the gods the truth of his past, and have delegated unto Shujinko a task....To make it back to the current time period before Onaga forms the One Being.

Krypt and Konquest still available, along with online play. Unlockable is Chess Kombat, and Old School kombat in which you can play MK1 in the same 3D format as MK7.
