Here's one to guarantee you drunk, every time a character mentions the name Kahn in story mode you have to drink.

Every time a henchmen is duped or cheated out of something by the bad guy, drink two shots.

Every time you roll your eyes without even thinking about it at what passes for threats / trash talking (may require a friend), take a shot.

Any time you find yourself wandering down the rabbit hole of what's canon and what's not form arcade endings while playing story, chug a beer.

Drink one shot for every subplot that's started early and completely abandoned without resolution by the time story mode ends.

Also really like the ones about amulet plot devices and fights to the death starting awkwardly. Those are perfect.

Every time Sub-Zero makes a "cold" remark to his new colleagues. Take 3 shots. What a dick.
