How much different are the graphics from the ps4 to the xbox one units? also will the ps3 and xbox360's graphics still look the same?

I doubt the PS3/360 versions will look the same, but I think the gameplay will be unchanged.

I don't know the differences between the ps4/xb1 version, or if there even are any
