just read issue 25 and all I can say is wow! I thought I would lose interest in the comic after game came out but the comic story is so so good I hang out for it every Sunday morning.

The way they have built reiko up is absolutely incredible I really hope he makes it in as a late DLC later in the year or he has a role in the next game cause these comics have really propelled his character in my opinion. I keep cheering for him to kill kotal and mileena however knowing the story of MkX we all know that's not possible so I guess I just hope that he doesn't get unceremoniously killed in the comic and lives to make another game appearance!

I got it on iBooks in Australia I get it there every Sunday morning it was a few hours late this morning though.

I am not that great with the whole spoiler thing there is nothing real shocking in it just some cool fight scenes and no new characters introduced in this issue the next one should be a doozy though

I just read the issue and I will use spoilers. So if you don't want to get spoiled, stop reading this post.

This is the best issue by far. All the plot threads are finally coming together. Great action, good dialogue, and Reiko having a ridiculously evil smile.

One thing though. So um, D'Vorah literally got split in half. Either this comic really isn't canon or Outworld has insane surgeons.

Really hoping Skarlet makes it.

Now. Kittlestin did a great job with rebooting him. I want to see how he handles Hotaru since supposedly he's a big fan. But, I guarantee NRS are looking at Reiko in a new light as opposed to pre-comic Reiko. sleep

I doubt the comic is making the team reevaluate Reiko consoderimg the fact he was almost on the roster.

The game and the comics barely have any influence on each other as of yet. Doubtful anything will come of this.

Awww... I was hoping the comics would go in their own direction when I saw D'Vorah get split in half ('Holy shit!'), but yeah, Quan Chi will probably resurrect her.
