Not a chance. It just doesn't work unless Stryker, Sonya, Kano, Jarek, Jax and a handful of others are in the game and your playable characters. They'd probably do best to feature in a game. I think that would be better than an all out MK shooter.

Now, as for the Stryker shooter let's be serious. If it was going to be based on MK3 it would have Stryker being a one man army against whoever was after him. It would effectively become a MK styled Doom guest starring Stryker...which would suck. As much as I like him, Stryker is most certainly not so freaking uber as to single-handedly defeat an Outworld army even with weapons.

Not only that but it completely removes the entire theme behind MK: hand-to-hand fighting.

In short, it's a really bad idea.

k guys sorry. Graw 2 isnt that bad. But seriously im not limiting it to stryker or mk3 i just had an idea. Sorry for having imagination. A better Special forces would be cool, if it was a shooter. Fighting black dragon and tekunin. I also think stryker should join the SpecForces.

MK is about fighting, and not Chess, Puzzles, adventures, go karting and shooting..... If you want a good shooting game, go and buy a game like Gun, Doom etc etc.

I dont read the midway boards. I think Mk you be expressed in other medias like shooters and mmo's. Yeah there's die hard fans that think it should only be about fighting. If they make a different game you dont have to play it. Maybe mk will listen to some of you babies and stick only to fighting and leave out minigames and stuff. But if they do something Just because a fan complained i've lost all respect for them.

I would rather see MK characters in Unreal games, but a stand alone MK shooter game f*** no. Bad idea.
