Erron Black is really Mavado in disguise. See, in a desperate attempt to be interesting and relevant, Mavado read the Dark Tower series by Stephen King and decided to cosplay Roland to impress Kotal Kahn.

This would be hilarious if anyone ever read a book on this site. Roland of Gilead finds the living Tower instead of the dark tower. He shoots his way to the top and steps into a doorway which is really a portal to Outworld. Armed with nothing but his Blue Steel Sandalwood gripped revolvers and placed in a much less frightening world than his own he must find a way to get back home. An old Native American shows him the way using vision drugs. A portal stone held by the ruler of the realm is the treasure he seeks.

He could have a summon of Oy to maul his opponent like Mordred. One variation can be duel wielding and another can have him with a half eaten hand.
