The only thing I know is that Kung Lao, Johnny Cage and Kitana were nerfed.

Kano, Sub Zero, Jax, and Scorpion got buffed and so did Raiden.

Cassie, Shinnok and Quan Chi aren't very good.

No ideia about the rest.

I was impressed by him in the fatal 8, Cassie is just a watered down Sonya, Shinnok just doesn't seem that good. But I could be wrong.
