After High Voltage's performance on the PC port I can't say I'm surprised by this. I guess it sucks for PC players but after the reception of the port I suppose they can't be shocked by this news either.

the port was the WORST, it was a waste of 60 bucks. i feel ripped off tbh.

Mods. They can just mod their own expansions like they always do.

I hate playing on keyboards, and I've yet to see a pc game that wasn't slow, laggy or jittery.
People claim it's better, but I've never seen it.

Playing a fighting game on a keyboard is a nightmare but then again they are not meant to be played on a keyboard. You can use a controller or a fight stick if you want.

Some genres of games are better with a keyboard and mouse. Playing a FPS on a keyboard and mouse is objectively better than a controller.



You need the appropiate hardware to run the game and the PC version has to be good, then the game will run better than a console. A PC with the top end hardware will outperform any console providing it has a good port of the game. I am looking at Arkham Knight here.

I have a powerful PC and a Playstation 4. Most triple A games I play on PS4 because I swap games with my friends and the userbase for the game is many times bigger. I only mostly play strategy games on the PC or other PC focused titles.

i) No rubbish ports. Optimisation and driver updates are not an issue.
ii) Userbase for many top games is much bigger. MKX, Call of Duty, Battlefront etc etc
iii) Can trade the game or play a used game.

I guess this is goodbye. I will not be going to this site anymore since WB Games forced me to purchase a new graphics card TWICE in the past year. First to replace my 560 ti with a 960 for MKX, then to replace my 960 with a 970 for Arkham Knight. Now you're cutting off PC players from not only additional content but also balance patches.

I'm not going to lie, it was fun. But WB Games have done nothing to make me want to purchase another game from them. This may change in the future as both EA and Capcom have corrected many business practices that I disagreed with (although EA still will not discount Bioware Points during sales) and I feel comfortable supporting both companies but never have I been treated this poorly by a publisher. Even Activision doesn't treat their players like this and they're the only other publisher who I will not give money to.

If you need to know why I won't give money to activision, it's due to Bobby Kotick's sexual harrassment issues, refusal to drop prices and stingy non-discounts along with DLC that costs more than the base game (Black Ops 1 is still $100 despite being released back in 2010), closure of profitable studios like Neversoft, half finished games like the Amazing Spider-Man 2, gloating about mistreating employees to shareholders, cash grab microtransactionfests like Skylanders, wasting Raven on making multiplayer maps despite their proven track record, ruining Soldier of Fortune, canceling Guitar Hero and annualizing Call of Duty. You would need to TRY to be as terrible of a publisher as Activision but somehow, in some way, WB Games actually became possibly worse.

So thanks WB, I'll be a few hundred dollars richer every year knowing that I won't be spending money on your titles. Perhaps I'll put that money in a savings account. Perhaps I'll be spending it on a few nice dinners for myself. But regardless of what I do with it, you will no longer have it. If you somehow stop treating customers like dirt, I may decide to purchase future titles but if you continue to outright spit in the faces of customers, I'll not only cancel my HBO subscription but I'll also avoid any Warner Bros films and DC Comics that I find.

I can agree with the other points but not this one. Console games are as prone to bad ports as PC games nowadays.

I doubt it. MKX, Batman: Arkham Knight are prime examples. No problems on console but absoloutely garbage on PC. The reason is because most triple A developers make a game for console then port it to PC. Another problem is that PC has very variable configuration meaning that it is extremely costly and time consuming to optimise for all hardware, especially since AMD and nVidia are two different graphic card makers.

If I hadn't already stopped playing MKX months ago due to its general un-fun-ness, I might be angry about this.

What a shame i feel sorry for the PC players :\ F#ck WB time to start buying their games used not supporting a company like this.
