It would be a battle area. A huge battle with both armies are fighting, but your guys aren't on their side, so the deathtrap would be if you knocked the opponent into the fighting armies (either side, they're all around you) you'd be slaughtered by them.

I don't know who the armies are, just two armies at war and fighting. NOT with guns, just with swords and stuff like that.

A roof of a strong hold, the lower level would be like a armoury, like in MK3.
in the armoury there coulde be pikes lined up, or throw them on a wall and let all these weapons imapale him from above.

My arena would have a torture system.like if an opponant would push you down and your hagging by from a cliff you would have to continuesly tap A on Xbox or X onPS2.I dont have an aren for this one.

Kind of like Khan's arena, except its a circular arena, and weapons, platforms, and obstacles are lying all around it instead of acid, fire, etc. And depending how the battle is performing, either the crowd will scream really loud and cheer for their favorite fighter, or if the battle is dull and boring than the crowd boos and starts to throw food everywhere which causes things to get interesting if someone doesn't do something exciting. For example, surrounding gates will open and native beasts shall come out and circle the fighters (depending what realm we are discussing decides the type of beasts) If a fighter gets too close, he is attacked granting the other fighter the advantage. Once the battle is over, the beasts finish the body off and drag the corpse back to the cage, leaving a giant blood trail. If the battle stays interesting, this won't happen...

...Or you can have random ways the person in charge keeps things interesting, either by sending more fighters out there, throwing weapons such as knives and speers at them, etc... With battle arenas and collosiums, you can do so much more with enviornment interaction...
