Hey guys, Im not sure myself but is the glowing paint on Kotals skin the same through all his variations?

I believe it changes colors in every variation. One is red, one is yellow, and one is green.

Maybe im colorblind, but I think it could be either, it looks like a greenish blue to me, I didn't notice until looking really close.
