Jason Voorhees issues, help please.

I'll be brief.

I have the digital version of the game that comes with the Kombat Pack, on the Xbox One. I've played with Jason Voorhees happily just for kicks and giggles. Although recently, after ranking my facion all the way up for Lin Kuei... I got bored. So I changed my faction to the Black Dragon.

However, when I went back into the character select screen online, Jason Voorhees is unplayable. =/ Not really sure as to why... perhaps I should uninstall him and reinstall the character. But I wanted to see if anyone else has had this same issue... and if I'm supposed to have a certain number of hours in order to play as DLC characters in each faction.

I'm jumping ahead of myself. I guess I'm just a little confused. Can anyone shed some light on this issue? confused

I been having the same issue as well. It also does this for the Horror pack too. Doesn't happen all the time but sometimes. What I do is I shut down the game, uninstall, reinstall and restart the game. Such a pain ass I hope the next patch fixes this problem.

Did you uninstall the game itself or the character?

Yeah, that seems a bit much to do just to play as one DLC character. Just means that I don't plan on switching factions again if this continues. Definitely a huge pain in the ass.

No just the character. The horror pack costumes I would have to uninstall and reinstall because the skins wasn't coming up. Lets hope this problem doesn't happen again once Tanya is release.
