I thought I was disgusted when Freddy was revealed, i like jasons character more, buut them just pulling moves out of their asses to try to make jason belong as in MK character when he clearly shouldn't be is just pure garbage.. i have never been more disappointed with NRS. A new low for sure. I am officially retiring from online play with a solid record of 216-14.

Im glad they at least got one guest character right, took them 3 tries but predator will erase this shitty taste jason and freddy have left in my mouth. But the hatred is justified, can you honestly say you'd take jason over fujin? its also very disappointing to have jason be as OP as he is, but then again, character balance wasn t a strong point in this game so i guess it fits.. i get that he has fans, i liked some of the Friday the 13th movies, better than nightmare on elm street, except the original. Look, I'm Competitive when it comes to gaming, but in my opinion they shouldn't even have stats. It's a negative thing to competitive gameplay because then people are focused more on the numbers, and less on the game itself, and it also makes people into stuck up showoffs.

Hey man I'm on the same boat as you are. I would have prefer Spawn over Jason. Would have love to have the dream fight between Spawn and Predator. Don't get me wrong I do enjoy watching The Friday the 13th movies during Halloween time. I'm not big on horror icon guest characters but they are there and there is nothing we can do about. I will definitely give Jason a try but most likely I will use him as a training dummy. He was my least DLC character I was looking forward.

Na its not just cause of jason coming in, its one of them but the main reason is time, i started a new job workin 50-60 hrs a week. Wasn't playing online much a week before then either. Plus the occasional laggy match wont be missed either. me and my brother will still jam out some kustom kombat though . To the repile guy, no i wasn't playing to build up a record, i played because I get a kick out of destroying a fellow mker! or did anyway. I'm sure il sit down for the occasional match when I get some time and mood strikes.

yeah look in the rooms. too many rank pussys out there who only sit on their stats. challenge them and they will decline (but if you have a bad match record of course they will accept) i'm also with you, they should delete the stats. on top of that you won't improve your game when you only care about your record. i fought a guy who had a 400/30 ratio, something like that. thought ok this guy must be good. played him and i'm not even good at this game and it was an easy win for me. of course we lost connection before i could finish the match.

His Unstoppable variation doesn't have the armor move. Either way the move gives the opponent a free combo unless you waste your meter on an X-Ray during the move.

I would understand people complaining about him being broken if he was able to damage buff, health regen, and armor all at once but he can't.

@ frostie I wasn't one of those, I played anyone with a 2 bars or better. Idc if their record was 0-400 if they had no ping, no play. I hated when someone else with a good rec wouldn't play.

the ping bar is bugged, i have also sometimes very smooth connection when an opponent has 0(!), so grey, ping. thats why i accept any challenge. even when it lags and i lose i dont mind. simply because i don't care about my stats. but hey, if people care about two numbers it's ok. i think it's dumb (imo) because you got people sitting in the rooms doing nothing and waiting for a weak opponent.

Not to mention the fact that the teleport is in one variation.

The teleport's start up is also painful, not to mention it doesn't do immediate damage like Scorpion or Ermac's.
