On another note, back to the plot: yu see the biggest problem is this. IMO you had no coherent idea of who this ninja should be, and skipped two important elements: too many ressurections already and btw why would he ressurect? Again ninja. MK has enough of those, and about ninjas ask

As the ultimate ninja, and beig best from a past.. again, some things evol-ve, most definitely martial arts, so by most of the time newer martial arts are more encompassing than previous ones. He can however be a good warrior, as being one is not dependant on any kind of martial art.

And third: it all feels forced. Ressurect the bigger-meaner-more powerful opponent. MK had shits of those ...Shang, Kahn, Shinnok then Onaga. A
good idea would be an example of MKDA, where two opponents actually use their heads instead of possessing absolute power.

-and btw ended up killing most of the heroes and humiliating Raiden big time.- Such quirks make up a good opponent, who actually deserves being a good opponent. So instead of granting him undeserved power, think of something that would have consequences and allow for a good reason to retribute by the heroes or opponents.

I third it. It's a terrible storyline. There's just nothing there to justify it at all.

So what if he's just a kid? Is that supposed to be some kind of excuse to not be critical of his story idea? Are we not allowed to display our criticisms of it? If not, then why should he bother posting his story ideas in the first place?

A simple "I don't like it." would not have sufficed as he would wonder why that person didn't like it. This would lead to displaying that person's criticisms towards the concept. But since you are so adamant about not wanting people to critique his story concept, there might as well not be any replies and in turn not be a topic started.
