It would be nice if MKHDs UMK3 was sourced from the Wavenet version...

We're getting a straight conversion from the original, I know, but I dare to dream.

Wavenet UMK3, for those of you who don't know, was a version of UMK3 tested in Chicago for a while that permitted you to play against folks in other arcades nearby via T1 connection. Aside from its online capabilities (before the internet as we know it existed, really), its unique features were a few gameplay touches such as fixing an infinite combo for Kung Lao, and most interestingly, the ability to play as Noob Saibot in the same fashion Human Smoke was selected - one apparently selected Kano, held Back, HP, BLK, LK and HK to make Kano explode into Noob before the next fight starts. he apparently had some sort of non-slamming teleport. I wonder if they gave him an arcade ending?

I wanted to play this version ever since I heard about it way back when, but never knew it was a Chi-town only deal. This is a long shot, but it would be a nice gesture for those who really want to play as Noob, even if it's not the MK Trilogy version. Of course, it would be nice if they added Rain and Noob from Trilogy/Home UMK3 (as long as they fixed their broken-ass gameplay), but I doubt it'll happen, as much as I doubt the remote possibility I just mentioned.

Just wanted to toss this out there. smile
