People say there are aliens called reptilians that live underground and are here from million of years. Obama and others like him like Bush are considered aliens from that race. They are shapeshifters.

Then no, he isn't.
Reptile's race is called Saurians, and though they once inhabitated Earthrealm along the humans, they all fled to a whole new realm and called it Zaterra. They were never aliens on Earthrealm, and definately not from outer space.

Reptiles race is Raptors, the funny thing is however, that raptors are bird of prey, and not reptilians.

I've read a multiple times that his race is called Raptors. Then all those people were wrong?

Yeah, it would be wrong to call them Raptors.

The race is called Saurians, just like we are called Humans.
They are also called Zaterrans due to them coming from Zaterra, just like the Humans of Earthrealm are called Earthrealmers.

"Raptor" and "Saurian" are BOTH valid names for Reptile's race.

"Raptor" has been used since UMK3 I think, and was used as recently as in MK9. "Saurian" was mostly used in MKDA-era games.

And they're called those names because they LITERALLY are evolved from Earth's dinosaurs.

Well, it's kinda the same with Baraka's race. Back in the trilogy days, he was just called a mutant, but in MKD we learned that his race is actually called Tarkata. So Baraka might be a mutant, as Reptile might be a raptor, but it's not the names of their races.

Reptile is certainly a mix of crocodile/lizard/dinosaur. They nailed it in MKDA and I would like to see that design return, but, revamped.

Asesino's just riffing off of the popular conspiracy theory that prominent world leaders are actually a race of reptilian creatures with a sinister agenda.

Who knows, Reptile's genesis could have come from John Tobias having fun with that particular trope. I'd say the ol' lizard's closer to Raptor Jesus than any kind of political figure though - he's trying to get some resurrections happening, after all. wink

I got the idea from a TV show show The diaries of the ufologist :D
They were talking about Reptilians and showe a lot of drawing and pictures and one of them was Reptiles, MK Deception design! That was sick lol!

Reptile is a Zaterra saurian and Khameleon is a terrestrial reptilian, which is in some senses entirely different. Reptile's MKX ending justifies this because after the discovery of the look-alike reptoids it looks like he is bowing to someone I seriously believe could be Khameleon. If it is, could she be the consultant who enlightens Reptile about his people?
