When are Invasion War Points and Challenges given out? I've finished the War Tower and the assassin fight and I have been playing the boss fight and the faction war page doesn't show that I have earned anything?

Can anyone tell me when these get awarded?

I don't think it shows up, because I know I did all 3 things too yet it didn't turn green with check marks like it usually does for some reason, but I did each one more than once lol
