Are you talking about the PC version or Console version? The PC one is unplayable at the moment and that's why those options are locked.

This is the console version. All the characters were locked, but when I left and came back into one player mode, a few more were selectable.

Your game is still downloading/installing then. check your downloads it's probably not done downloading/installing

I haven't seen the game in the markets today maybe it will contributed to the european countries soon ! :)

A good friend of mine decided to buy a XBone and MKX and this happened to him too. He can access single fight mode only, one stage only, and seven characters (the rest are unselectable).

His Xbone says that the installation/downloads/updates/something is 'queued', because the Xbone setup caned through his internet allowance. He didn't intend on even playing it online he just wants the single player offline modes. My questions are: Does he need more internet allowance to access the rest of the game (i.e. is it a patch or something?) Does he need XBlive for this as well? Is this the only problem or is there anything else stopping the game working properly (e.g. incomplete setup of Xbone itself)?

Is everything working properly for you now RSK?
